Once you start using Argital’s Green clay regularly as part of your beauty regime, you’ll notice that your skin looks and feels smoother, more toned and radiant.
Green clay has powerful absorbent properties. When mixed with a little water, the clay turns a deeper green colour and this is where the magic really begins.
Water and clay create a powerful detoxifying action. When applied to the skin, the green clay draws and eliminates toxins, refines open pores and gently exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin to reveal fresher, clearer and smoother skin.
Using a green clay mask is so simple without harsh ingredients and without a hefty price tag.
The simplest way to create a green clay mask for your skin is to add a small amount of water to the green clay powder to create a creamy paste. You can also add 8-10 drops of your favourite essential oils for added benefits.
You can play around with essential oils and combine some of the following essential oils depending on your skin type.
Remember that essential oils are powerful, so use no more than 8-10 drops in your face mask at any one time:-
For oilier skin:
- Choose any of these: Bergamot, Cypress, Lemon or Geranium
For Acne or Blemished Skin
- Tea tree, Lavender, Clary Sage, Juniper Berry or Lemon
For maturer skin:
- Choose from Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Sandalwood, Frankincense or Rose
For Dry skin:
- Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Rose, Palmarosa or Helichrysum
Mix the essential oils well into the clay mask and apply directly to the face, avoiding the eyes. Leave on until dried. Using a damp face cloth, gently wipe off the clay mask, being careful not to pull the skin. Finish with splashing the face with cold water.
Spritz the face with one of Argital’s Floral Waters – Lavender, Rose, Neroli – and apply one of Argital’s moisturiser.
Your skin will feel truly amazing
