Directions for Use:
It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach and at least 30-60 minutes away from food and medication. If this is difficult, taking it mid-afternoon can be another option.
Dissolve 1 tsp of Ventilated Active Green Clay in a glass of water. Use a non-metal spoon (ceramic, plastic or wooden).
Stir well and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Drink only the clay-infused water: do not consume the clay sediments at the bottom of the glass.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
