Shipping policy
ARGITAL AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICY
Due to our agreement with Argital Italy, our supplier, we are endorsed to ship to Australia and New Zealand only. For International orders, please refer to our International Suppliers page.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
All orders are currently shipped via Sendle, an independent courier service. Where possible (outside COVID restrictions) we always request a signature.
Please allow between 3-7 business days for deliveries. You will receive email notification when your order has been picked up from our distribution centre.
Argital Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or missing orders if you have given permission for the parcel to be left unattended without being signed for. Please use your tracking order and try to ensure you are at the address provide to accept and sign for your parcel. Should no one be home a card will be left stating where you can collect your parcel from – please ensure to collect from your closest collections within the provided timeframe to avoid parcels being returned to us.
Please note: we send to residential or business addresses in Australia and New Zealand. No PO boxes.
SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.
For orders to Australia: A flat shipping rate of $13.95 applies. No express post available
For orders to New Zealand: A flat shipping rate of $18.95.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIME?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we ask that you understand that orders may take longer than usual. We have had to slightly modify our processes to ensure the absolute health and safety of our team members as well as you, our customer.
This means our dispatch times may be slightly delayed. Rest assured, we are doing our best to send out orders as fast as we can! Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel. Argital Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or missing orders if you have given permission for the parcel to be left unattended without being signed for.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK?
It can happen sometimes where computers and humans can have a miscommunication. If one of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will place your order on hold until the available items comes back in stock.
